I'm SOO hungggry?

A: If you are a on a diet, then I am assuming you want to lose weight. Well, here is my advice. Go get some pizza and eat it and ENJOY it. One thing a lot of young girls assume is if they eat LESS they will lose MORE. Nope. This is what happens. Your body sees that less food is coming in so it goes into starvation mode and thinks "OH NO! She is STARVING ME! PANIC! PANIC! PANIC!" then metabolism slows down. So what I say is...Do not eat less but eat more. Now what I mean is...instead of eating like 3 big meals a day eat like several smaller meals and healthy ones. Does that mean you can't have chocolate or sweets or pizza? No, go ahead and have those things. Do not punish yourself. Drink lots of water cause that also helps with metabolism and make sure to exercise and do strength training cause...otherwise you could risk burning muscle and NOT fat. There was a time that I wanted to lose weight. I went off sweets and exercised for like 15 to 30 mins daily to every other day. I lost about 15 lbs. However, when I got off my diet I went BACK to the same weight I was before...Because I ate sweets again. So go ahead and have the pizza. It is OK. And if there any young girls who think you have to be stick thin to be beautiful. That is a lie. You are beautiful just the way you are.
