Q: Surprisingly, I just heard back from my (new) local Panera Bread about an interview. So...I have a few questions: 1. What should I wear to the interview? 2. What are hours like? This is my main problem. I am limited to evening and weekend hours because my dad will be my mode of transportation. I let the woman on the phone know this but is Panera Bread pretty lenient about things like this? 3. What are shifts like? How many hours? How long are evening shifts typically? Shifts on weekends? Thank you!

A: 1. Be sure to look nice for any interview. Don't feel you have to buy any new clothes, but a skirt and a decent shirt would be fine. If you choose to wear slacks, wear nice dress pants. No short skirts, shorts, T-shirts, tank tops, jeans, or low-cut shirts will get you the job. 2. Panera should be lenient about your hours, unless those shifts are completely full already, which is unlikely. They will probably be understanding about the situation and the hours you need. 3. The interviewer will ask how many days a week you would like to work and what hours work for you. If anything, they will work with you and not against you. Good luck!
