Q: What are the secret items on the In 'n' Out burger menu? If you don't live on the west coast you wont know. But what are they? I heard they have things that aren't on the menu that you can get.
A: Burgers come bigger than double-double. You can get a "triple-triple" or a "4x4." Fries "animal style" are one of my favorite things. They add cheese, grilled onions, and special sauce on top of regular fries. My wife is a vegetarian, so she likes to order a grilled cheese.
