Q: I'm trying to not eat so much junk fast food, like McDonalds or Taco Bell, but I loooove Chiptole. Is it healthy to eat or not? And I don't care about calories becuase I know there are lot, I just mean is it healthy?

A: Their food is very healthy! If you look at the actual ingredients, it's mainly whole foods and nothing deep fried. Beans, guacamole, tomatoes, lettuce-all good for you! The bad stuff is cheese and sour cream, but if you go light on them it's fine. The flour tortillas are made with refined grains (not good for you) but are a small part of the whole meal (although I'd stay away from the crispy taco shells because they're deep fried). If you want to be super healthy just get the burrito bowl.
