A: It may be successful. Here in Florida sushi is often made with "road-kill armadillo" and "Geisha 'Gator." There are some restaurants that serve "Missing Tourist Tortillas", but that's Mexican.Some of our better Jewish restaurants serve "Sushi Brisket" although it's really "Sushi Pork" because they don't want to admit they like pork. And in all of these the meat is raw. The logic being "if you'll eat raw fish, you'll eat anything"!
