Olive Garden for lunch...Which would be the healthier choice?

Q: A) Whole wheat linguine with Italian sausage B) Eggplant Parmigiana C) Ravioli di Portobello D) Seafood Portofino Why? You can also get the Eggplant and Seafood with whole wheat linguine.

A: None of those are REALLY healthy, but the whole wheat pasta with Italian sausage is probably your best bet. Sausage may be high in fat, but whole wheat pasta is really good for you and you can probably get it with a light tomato sauce. The eggplant sounds healthy, but if its fried, it really isn't.
