Q: Yesterday was my first visit to IHOP. I was SOOOO excited. I had longed to go to a place where they not only served pancakes but pancakes from around the world. I was also excited to try out my Chinese, Spanish, and Russian with all of the international customers and waitstaff. Well, it turns out the only thing international about IHOP is that the guy who washes the dishes is Mexican. Can I sue IHOP for false advertising? Answers from lawyers only please.

A: They do not advertise that they sell pancakes from around the world, that is merely their trade name. Microsoft isn't a company that sells very small, soft things. Google isn't a company with a million million of something. Yahoo! isn't always very happy. KFC doesn't sell chicken that was fried in Kentucky.
