Q: I have applied for a pizza hut recently trying to get a job. I called back almost every day to check on the hiring process, and I was told different things by everybody, including that the hiring manager was on vacation and would not be back until monday. By the time I finally did reach them when he was apparently there, he was already in orientation and the next day I was told they'd filled the positions. I am applying for another pizza hut now. I've completed their test, etc, and I just called back today and am told by this pizza hut as well that their boss is on vacation, and to call back monday. Is "The boss is on vacation" just Pizza Hut's way of keeping you off their backs when they're not going to hire you, or do pizza hut bosses really take vacations this often?

A: When you drop the application, you should ask how should you wait to hear back from them, then after that time start calling them if they do not call you. As the previuos person said, when you call them after the waiting time shows them you want the job, but keep on mind that if the bosses are not professional enough to reply your calls or tell you that you are not the person they want to hire for different reason, the might not be professional enough to magae people either and I personally do not like to work for people who are not professional in their job.
