Q: I would say mine would be when a woman called for delivery. I asked cash or credit and she said "i don't know, you pick one" with a rude tone. I told her I needed to know and she said "cash". Then she gave me her number, and her company name came up in the computer. I asked if this was "Rose" as it was the name listed. She said "No, its Joan" very sharply. I told her we could not get into the program and change it,and if it was alright if under the name Rose. She says "Nope. Change it to Joan." I told her I would have to put the whole thing back in, and giving me her information again would take about 6 minutes if she wanted. She sighed loudly and said "Just take my damn order already." After taking her order, I gave her the total and she said "That much?!" I told her about the tax and delivery, and the extras added onto her meal that would bring up the cost. She agreed and hung up without saying goodbye. About 30 minutes later, the driver came back saying she called the person on the phone retarded for not telling her about the delivery charge when I clearly did. A: One time i was taking these nice couple orders, it was about 5 minutes to close and i thought to myself *oh great, customers, just what i need* but i also thought, wait theres only 2 people they cant get too much..little did i know they had kids..lots, the lady said i want 3 number 9's in a pokket so to be easy i hit number 9-pokket-plus 2 to have 3, then she says on one i want.... so i scurried to delete one and add it, she said " a pokket 9 with mayo, tomatoes. the other has mayo" so as i was like shittt so i deleted one of the 2 pokkets so they're 3 indiviual pokkets and in the middle of fixing it the man was all like "so the lobster is 100% real ay?" im like " uhh huh.." he says, okay ill have that and can i get tomato on it? im like yeah sure want it toasted? he goes, what do the people around here get? im like..they LOVE it toasted he said sure THEN the kid goes i dont wanna 9 i want a steak only so i had to change that as all that was happening my manager and pal were listening so they dropped the small 9's then when she just steak my manager was like damn they dont want the veggies...then the lady and kid said 2 of the pokkets are mediums so we messed up that order secretly (:
