A: Yeah, I think that is ridiculous. A tip is a privilege not a right. If a waiter does a horrible job, then they should not get a tip, regardless of how fancy or how much the bill was for. And I do give a tip, I prefer cash, so that the waiter actually gets it, and does not have to share with their employer. Same thing with a Barber or Hair Stylist.
