Q: What features would you add to it to make it different than any other restaurants?
A: Well if I were going to open a restaurant it would be italian cuisine since that is my favorite... so first I would have a smoking area that is NOT by the front door... I hate walking thru that smoke... I would definitely have nice candles on the table..I think that sets a great mood... comfortable chairs... I want people to relax..like they are in a comfy chair at home.. I like booths... I think they are especially romantic for couples... but make them big enough for people to sit comfortably..perhaps the table comes out and people sit and table is brought to their comfortable spot. not fancy simple but nice and classy... a tablecloth that is burgundy in color... there is sooo much sauce in italian..white cloths show too much..black and white photos on the wall...classics ... garland. sinatra.. monroe etc.. nice pics and of course great italian music playing thru out the nite...perhaps even a lil piano bar
