Q: Any ideas??

A: Healthy is good...like instead of regular fries, have sweet potatoe fries, have some veggie burgers or salmon burgers...use things like dijon dressings, interesting salads.. like a chicken salad with walnuts, green apples, sesame seeds etc... good sandwiches on homemade whole grain breads...like turkey with mango chutney, spaghetti squash, make dishes using local and seasonal veggies... I could go on and on... oh yeah and my new personal favorite drink...the pomegranite martini...YUMMY..also had a key lime martini...the glass was dipped in graham cracker crumbs fabulous!!!
