A: Yes, ours is. Think about the elderly,infants and children. I worked at one restaurant where the cook smoked right in the kitchen and never washed their hands afterwords. Made me sick. Plus the environment is much better. We now have a patio so when people really can't go an hour without a smoke, they can go outside. ET
