Q: I don't want to be stupid and go into the restaurant and be like, can I wash your dishes? So how do I know if they need one.
A: Just go to the restaurant and ask if you may fill out an application. Don't just call. When people call us and want to know if we are hiring, I always tell them to come in an fill out an application. If they do, then I know they are interested. If and when you do, appearance is a big plus because you are working with the public and food. Another thing I look at it is persistence. I know then they are serious. Good Luck! ET
