Q: Hey. So my boyfriend and I have our first year anniversary coming up and we will be in Phoenix. I want to take him somewhere where we can have a nice dinner and dance, but where they play slow music, maybe even a jazz club. I'm going to propose, and I want it to be at a place like that.
