A: I know a place in Quezon City and it's called Plaza Ibarra. I've been there once and attended a birthday party. It was nice and the food is great. I'm not sure about the packages they offer. Just check on what they offer and what things you can bring with no extra charge. It would be great if you can order your cake for you can choose from variety of bakeshop around the area. You can check with them where your guest can park because I had a hard time looking for a parking lot.
